Cancellation Policy
Cancelling is straightforward, and we explain exactly what happens to your access.
How to cancel
You can cancel from your account settings in the Dashboard, or by emailing support@legend-smart.com from the address on your account.
Program structure
Programs are sold as fixed-duration, one-time purchases with no automatic renewal, so there is no recurring charge to stop. Cancelling means you choose to end your use of the program.
Access after cancellation
Unless you also request and receive a refund, access remains available for the remainder of the purchased access period.
Cancellation versus refund
Cancellation ends your ongoing use of the program. A refund is the return of money already paid, and is handled separately under our Refund Policy. Cancelling does not automatically create a refund, and requesting a refund does not automatically cancel the account.
Confirmation
We confirm every cancellation by email, including the date it takes effect and the date your access ends.
