Refund window

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable consumer law and the conditions described below.

Digital content and statutory cancellation rights

Our programs consist of digital content that may be made available immediately after payment. Where applicable law provides a statutory cancellation ("cooling-off") right for digital content, that right may be affected once you have expressly requested immediate access and access has begun. At checkout you are asked to confirm this understanding separately.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to you, including in Canada and South Africa.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@legend-smart.com with the subject line "Refund Request", or use the contact form and select "Refund Request".
2. We review the request and confirm the outcome by email.

Information required

• Full name used at purchase
• Email address on the account
• Order number (from your confirmation email)
• Program purchased and purchase date
• Brief reason for the request (optional but helpful)

Never send payment card numbers by email.

Processing time

We aim to review requests within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.

Exceptions

• Requests made after the 14-day window, except where required by law.
• Accounts suspended for a serious breach of the Terms, such as sharing or redistributing program content.
• Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns that indicate misuse.

Partial refunds

Where required by law, or at our discretion, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the portion of the access period already used.
